To ensure the continued delivery of mediation services in a safe and convenient manner during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) now allows online mediation conferences, which can be availed by filing an online request addressed to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Services (luwin.delaconcha@ipophil.gov.ph), and copy furnishing the Director of the Bureau of Legal Affairs (BLA)(nathaniel.arevalo@ipophil.gov.ph).
